Email & bonus-pack terms

How we handle your email address when you request a free bonus pack or ask to hear about new books. Last updated 24 July 2026.

1. Who we are

Clabert Books is an independent children's-book author publishing through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). We are the controller of the email address you give us. Questions or requests: hello@clabertbooks.com.

2. What we collect

Only your email address, and the fact that you requested a specific bonus pack. Nothing more — no name, no payment details (your Amazon purchase is handled entirely by Amazon, never by us).

3. Why we use it

We use your email address for two things only:

  • To send you the free bonus pack you asked for (coloring pages and wallpapers).
  • To let you know when we publish a new book. That's it — no other marketing, no third-party offers.

4. Your consent (legal basis)

We only add you to the new-book list when you tick the consent box yourself. Under the EU GDPR, that opt-in is our legal basis for emailing you. Ticking it is entirely your choice, and you can change your mind at any time.

5. We never share or sell it

Your address stays with Clabert Books. We do not sell, rent, trade or share our email list with anyone. We use a reputable email-delivery service purely to send the messages on our behalf; they process the data only for that purpose.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we remove it promptly.

7. Unsubscribing & your rights

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to its use — just email hello@clabertbooks.com. If you believe we've mishandled your data.

8. The bonus-pack files

The coloring pages and wallpapers are free for your family's personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell or redistribute them. All artwork remains © Clabert Books.
